Harry Potter

I grew up reading and watching Harry Potter. I can't believe that the movie phenomenon is almost over, because we have been seeing these movies since 2000. That's an entire decade of Harry Potter movies. I read the first book when I was in second grade!!! Now as a 21 year old I still am pumped to see the newest movie. Do you think there will ever be another book series that takes over an entire generation?

p.s. Don't say twilit, because those are chick books! haha

    I actually started watching "The Half-Blooded Prince" tonight...SOOOO GOOD! haha I know i'm sad that it's coming to an end too. I can't even imagine how much J.K Rowling has made off of the books...but she deserves every penny!

    I LOVE harry potter =) like you I grew up reading the books, and it really gave me a love of reading at a really young age (like 8 years old!)
    I don't think there will be a book series like this again for me, because of how big a role the book played in my childhood. There might be something similar for another generation in the future, but I'll always side with JKR!

    And Twilight sucks. Just saying. hahaha
